Signal 88 Security is proud to announce that Officer Ali Sufi of #182 San Diego, CA, is the Signal 88 Hero of the Month for June 2020!
Before Signal 88, Officer Sufi started his career in security with an internship at a hospital. He quickly realized he enjoyed the work and applied to the franchise for a part-time dedicated position.
“We really like Officer Sufi and have enjoyed seeing him grow in his part-time guard role. He quickly excelled in the position through his customer service and report writing skills to move onto a patrol officer,” says Operations Manager Garrett Dudley.
Because of Officer Sufi’s exceptional interpersonal skills, he continuously receives outstanding reviews from property managers for his passion and respect.
“He’s always following up with property managers about issues or concerns and builds great relationships with the residents. He truly excels when it comes to customer service. People know his face and trust him,” says Dudley.
Recently the franchise received an email from a new client regarding Ali’s interaction with a trespasser and how he was able to handle the situation: “I received very positive comments from at least three residents, including the one who made the initial complaint, about your officer’s interaction with a trespasser on our property. What he did is exactly what our community expects from the courtesy patrol and our residents already feel peace of mind.”
Dudley and his team say they feel a sense of accomplishment when they hear this type of feedback about any of their officers.
“It’s really good for all of us to hear. When it’s about Officer Sufi, not only does he feel good, but we do too,” says Dudley.
Officer Sufi’s team says he’s reliable and responsive when it comes to needing help. And to add, he has maintained perfect attendance through his first 10 months with Signal 88!
“I would say that Officer Sufi perfectly exemplifies Signal 88’s Core Values of Relationships and Serving. Everyone knows his face when he’s on a property and he has a true passion for helping others, which is greatly appreciated,” says Dudley.
Signal 88 would like to thank Officer Sufi for all that he has done and continues to do for his community. Congratulations!
