Signal 88 Security's Officer of the Month for April is awarded to Officer Teo Romero of Signal 88 Security of Northeast Ohio.
Signal 88 Security's Officer of the Month for March is awarded to Officer Ryan Willis of Signal 88 of Columbia, Missouri. Since his arrival to Signal 88 in August of 2015, Officer Willis has shown excellent observation skills and a great instinct for the job. During his time as a dedicated officer, Willis assisted in facilitating the arrest of several individuals on multiple occasions ranging from property damage to controlled substance. In December of 2016, Officer Willis made the transition to the patrol division where his skill-set has continued to exceed expectations.
Below are just a few examples of the excellent job Officer Willis has done since moving to the patrol division:
December 2016 - Officer Willis identified two individuals that local law enforcement were looking for over an incident that took place at one of the client properties. As a result, the two individuals in addition to a stolen firearm were apprehended by the investigating officers.
February 2017 - Once again, Officer Willis played a key role in the identification and apprehension of a burglary suspect at a property he had been patrolling. Had it not been for Officer Willis' keen observation, and attention to detail, the suspect would likely not have been caught.
March 2017 - During one of his regular patrols, Officer Willis came upon suspicious activity by two individuals surrounding a vehicle on one of the client properties. The individuals left, but upon arriving for his second tour of the property, Officer Willis discovered that they had returned to the vehicle, and found a large amount of paraphernalia, along with a crowbar, rope and various other tools. Immediately, Officer Willis contacted local law enforcement who soon after apprehended one of the individuals who had a warrant out for his arrest.
During his time with Signal 88 Security of Columbia, Missouri, Officer Willis has stood out as an exemplary employee. He has not only shown excellent observational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, but also a desire to improve his job performance. Officer Willis has proven to be a tremendous asset to the Signal 88 team.
Signal 88 Security's Officer of the Month for February is awarded to Officer Brendon Benson, of Signal 88 Security of Greenville, South Carolina. Since arriving to Signal 88 almost a year ago, Officer Benson has continuously displayed courage and an outstanding performance while on duty.
